What is life coaching?

For me, coaching is a process that helps you see yourself clearly - your values, your patterns and what's really influencing your choices (your belief system).

As a life coach, I won't try to fix you, but instead guide you to notice what you can't see on your own.

Coaching is not therapy and it doesn't replace mental health support.

How long do I need to be a coachee?

It depends on how open you are to do the work, supported by me.

Some people get the clarity they need in a few sessions, while others choose a longer time to integrate better what comes out during the process.

We start with a 3-session container and reasses together what feels right moving forward.

How often do we meet?

I prefer working with one session per week. This rhythm allows time for reflection and integration between sessions, without rushing the process.

It also gives me space to prepare each session based on your specific needs.

What happens between sessions?

Between sessions, I may offer simple writing exercises, if I feel they can support your process better.

These are not "homework", but invitations to observe, reflect and integrate what we explore together. Everything is adapted to your needs.

What are the benefits of coaching?

Most people I work with experience more mental clarity, a deeper understanding of their patterns and the ability to make decisions aligned with their highest values, rather than from external expectations.

How much does coaching cost?

The starting point is a 3-session package, with an investment of 210€ (3*60-minute sessions).

Sessions usually take place weekly, but we can adjust the rhythm to your own needs.

How do I know if this is right for me?

This process is for you if you're willing to work with your deepest feelings and thoughts and if you can accept different perspectives.

It's for you if you are willing to slow down, reflect and take responsability for your inner process, even when answers don't come immediately, or the questions seem too deep or too uncomfortable.

It's also for you if you are tired of repeating the same story, the same experiences and the same patterns over and over, and you feel there's more for you out there.

You might resonate with my process if you are open to question familiar patterns, old belifs and if you value honesty over comfort.

This is NOT for you if you expect quick fixes, step-by-step guidance, someone to tell you what to do or ready-made answers.

Also, it may NOT be for you if you think you're going to keep repeating the same old stories for the rest of your life and reject the fact that there may be other ways to see things.

But if you are ready to engage in a deep process to help your personal development and commit to be involved in the process, this is the right place for you.
